What has been done in the past 12 months?
The squad met 3 times during the indoor season for all day workshops at Balcarras. The programmes included team building, coaching, equipment workshops, H2H competitions, Progress Awards, recognised rounds, fitness and conditioning, videoing, talks from experienced archers etc.

What is planned

Junior 8 day programme
We have applied for High Performance Coaching for 12 members of the GAS Junior Squad over 8 days in the next 12months, run by Kath Fitzpatrick and supported by Steph and Dan (part of the County Coach Course). Juniors will be selected by a panel of coaches. 

For juniors that don’t make it on to the squad there will be a couple of days at Balcarras similar to what we ran in previous years.
